Tyrone L. Tappler Jr., known as the "Creative Visionary" and the mastermind behind "Bringing Real Life to the Stages," is a passionate Chicago native who strives to tell stories that touch the hearts, minds, and souls of his audience. A true film and theatre mogul, Tyrone is an alumnus of Full Sail University, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Digital Cinematography. His diverse skills include being a Licensed Minister, Actor, Director, Producer, Motivational Speaker, and Certified Life Coach.

Tyrone’s creative work revolves around “Real Life Stories,” blending genres like drama, thriller, and horror while leaving behind thought-provoking messages in all his visual content. His mission is simple: "Deliver the message, inspire the hopeless, change the media, and empower people."

2003, Tyrone founded Tyrone Tappler Productions, Inc., and kicked off with the first stage production, “Help Lord, I’m Under Attack!”

 

2010, his company expanded from stage to film, launching the miniseries "DECISIONS," which premiered on Chicago's CANTV36 and ran for 16 weeks.

 

2012, "After All The Hell I Been Through!"—a powerful stage drama about child trafficking—took Chicago’s stages by storm.

By 2014, Tyrone produced "I Didn’t Die," a stage play that explores a family’s traumatic secrets, leading to death. In 2019, he wrote and produced Skotia, a Halloween short film, available on YouTube.

​

Tyrone remastered DECISIONS in 2022 and released it as an independent film at Studio Movie Grill. In 2023, his psychological thriller Citeria! premiered on YouTube, filmed in Chicago.

​

In 2024, Tyrone returned to his theatre roots with Corneredx, an immersive show exploring the human psyche and inner demons. The performance debuted at The Den Theatre in Chicago’s Wicker Park, blending music, dance, and performance art to create a transformative experience.

2025 marks the launch of TY TALKS! a new show where Tyrone tackles a variety of thought-provoking topics, beginning with the "The Wounded Creative" series. The laid-back, easy-going show invites special guests to share their personal journeys, providing support, healing, and inspiration.

Tyrone Tappler’s writing style is breaking barriers in both Christian and secular media. He recalls, “I yielded to the voice of God when He told me to write my first inspirational stage play, Help Lord, I’m Under Attack!, which depicts Sandra’s life as she battles the consequences of her wrong decisions. Watching her life rapidly fall apart and seeing her eventual redemption was mind-blowing. That’s my purpose—to bring positive messages to today’s stages and televisions, showcasing real life, real issues, real emotions, and real decisions."
